First: Forming a supervisory committee for the University Dental Hospital as follows:

Second: The Committee shall undertake the following tasks:
- Approving the organizational and procedural rules, operating policies and work regulations within the University Dental Hospital and its related units, in a manner that does not contradict the regulations and rules.
- Approving new development projects and programs for the University Dental Hospital.
- Discussion of the university dental hospital budget.
- Ensure the performance of the University Dental Hospital of its educational, therapeutic and research goals in all specialties and support units.
- Ensure that distinguished dental and medical services are provided to university staff and to all patients inside and outside the Kingdom.
- Ensure the formation of medical boards and specialized executive committees.
- Achieving cooperation and coordination between the University Dental Hospital and the university administration as well as the relevant government agencies.
- Approval training plans for the staff of the University Dental Hospital and granting bonuses and financial incentives according to the bylaws.
- Studying the problems and difficulties facing the work flow of the University Dental Hospital and finding the appropriate solutions for them.
- Work to activate and operate the private section and keep it up with the latest therapeutic guidelines and training needs in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Third: The Committee may seek the assistance of any of the University staff to assist it in the speedy completion of its work.
Fourth: The Higher Supervisory Committee of the University Dental Hospital shall submit the minutes of its meetings to the university dean for approval.
Fifth: The Committee shall be treated as the standing committees.
Sixth: The Committee shall exercise its work for two years from the date of formation.
Seventh: All departments shall act accordingly.
